We don't pitch AI. We ship it.
SecondChapter is an AI development company and product studio. We find the repetitive, high-cost work inside your business, then build the agents, chatbots, and custom software that handle it, all the way into production. No slideware. No six-month pilots.
Full-stack AI development, six ways we build.
From the first "where does AI even help us?" to a shipped product and the team that runs it. On its own, or embedded in yours.
AI Agents & Automation
Autonomous agents that take real work off your team — research, routing, ops, follow-ups — running end to end, not just prompting.
Learn more →Custom AI SaaS
Full products built around a model — auth, billing, dashboards, the lot. Yours to own, ship, and scale.
Learn more →Chatbots & Conversational AI
Assistants that actually answer, grounded in your data, live on the web, WhatsApp, or inside your app.
Learn more →AI Strategy & Consulting
We map where AI pays off first, then hand you a prioritised roadmap you can defend to a board — not a tool list.
Learn more →MVP / Product Development
Idea to shipped MVP fast, so you can put it in front of real users and raise on something that works.
Learn more →AI Integrations
Drop AI into the software you already run, CRM, ERP, support desks, internal tools, without ripping things out.
Learn more →The strongest proof of what we can build for you is what we've already shipped for our clients.
Scriptovate
Writers and video teams lose hours to the blank page. Scriptovate turns a prompt and a few inputs into structured, on-brand scripts — for film, Series, YouTube, ads, and social — with genre templates and an AI writing hub around them.
Cerebro
Every business has answers buried in manuals, policies and PDFs. With Cerebro, a company uploads its documents and gets its own AI assistant that has read all of them, with no technical setup. It goes live on their website or WhatsApp in minutes, answers customer and staff questions, and shows exactly which document each answer came from. Each company's data stays private to them.
Ordering Dashboard
In a busy restaurant, orders get slowed down by hand-written tickets and staff running back and forth. We removed that step. Diners scan the QR code on their table and order from their phone, with no app to download. The order appears on the kitchen screen instantly, and the diner can see when it's being cooked and when it's ready. Owners get a live view of sales, busy tables and best sellers, and the system keeps up on the busiest Friday night.
Ploutopia
An online marketplace where local businesses list deals and shoppers earn cashback. Each business signs itself up, runs its own storefront and keeps its data private from the others. When a shopper pays, the money is split automatically between the business, the shopper's cashback and the platform. Updates go out without ever taking the site offline.
A path from "where does AI fit?" to a team that owns it.
Map
We find the highest-leverage AI opportunity in your business — the one that pays for itself first, not a template.
Prototype
A working prototype in weeks, so you're deciding on something real — not a deck full of promises.
Build
Production engineering — models, infra, UI — shipped into your systems and measured against real use.
Scale
We stay to harden, optimise, and hand it off — so value compounds after we leave and your team owns it.
A studio that builds, not just advises.
Questions founders ask us.
What does an AI development company do?
We find the repetitive, costly work in your business and build software that handles it: AI agents, AI chatbots, and custom AI software or SaaS products. Then we run it in production.
How much does it cost to build an AI agent or chatbot?
It depends on what it needs to do and which tools it connects to. After a free intro call we give you a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.
How long does an AI project take?
Most clients see a working prototype within a few weeks. A full production launch usually follows within a few months, depending on scope.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. SecondChapter is based in Pakistan and works with founders and teams across North America, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand, with regular overlap in your working hours.
Who owns the code and the product?
You do. The code, designs and data we build for you are yours once the project is delivered.
Can you add AI to software we already use?
Yes. We connect AI to CRMs, help desks, ERPs, spreadsheets and internal tools, so your team keeps working in the tools it already knows.
